  • The language selection and search area are in the top part of the page.

  • The heading, directly below, consists of the Head Office logo, the name of the institution and the the Ministry Of Cultural Heritage and Events logo.

  • The logo of the Head Office is made up of the letters D and R, indicating in Italian
“Direzione Regionale”, and an eagle which is featured on many coats of arms and ensigns in our region (and immortalised in the votive altar of
Aquileia, ancient capital of the Augustan Decima Regio,”Venetia et Histria”, dominated by Rome).

  • Under the heading there is a menu to access the section on news and events, accessibility, contacts, reserved area.

  • The body of the document is formed of “breadcrumbs” which indicate the route taken to reach the page being visualised, the title and the text of the contents. The “breadcrumb” route is basically a sequence of links which indicate what section of the site a visitor is in.

  • The bottom of the page shows the physical address of the institution, the date and time it was last updated and a link to the editorial staff. A service menu on the right gives links to the site map, legal notes, the guide and credits.
